June 24, 2009 – Vasca Maynard Romeo, also known as “Heavy,” of Estate Care died on June 3. He was 53 years old.
He is survived by his sons, Vasca M. Romeo Jr.; sister, Doreen E. Romeo; and brothers: Gladstone Browne and Roy Romeo. He is also survived by nieces: Lucia Browne Matthew, Rita, Charmaire, Monica and Dina Browne; nephew, Barrington Browne; great nieces: Destiny and Deanica Martin, Keba, Shauise, and Shariffa Browne; great nephews: Deno, Reno, Reaurn and Khalid Browne, and Keiron Joseph; aunts: Elfreda Kirby, Vera Romeo and Rubell Henry; uncles: Fr. David and Aaron Henry; Cousins: Nelvie, Joan Hill and Irma Kelsick; special friends: Veron, Shirley, Denis, Kiturah Vincent, Greg, James, Denis Leseay and Jean Kelly; friends: Fernellas, Angie and family, Ellis Otto, and James Gumbs and family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 9:30 a.m. and a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, July 2, at the St. John’s Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
