Dear Source:
This is a long overdue first step. I have given up on trying to get anyone to listen on this issue. In the past I have volunteered all of the information needed to site and engineer the needed infrastructure to get the electrical power to the grid. On St. Croix is a non-issue. If a kite can fly then the wind will turn a windmill. As to the wind speed issues just go to Hamm’s Bluff or the radar site on West end. If this actually happens in my lifetime, I for one will be very surprised.
