Former Special Ed Students Offered Job Training and More

June 16, 2009 – Information about post-school programs leading to job training or post-secondary education is available to all former students, according to a press release from State Director for the Office of Special Education Carrie Johns.
Johns said, “Students between the ages 16-21 who may have exited schools in any manner other than graduation and were recipients of special education services through the V.I. Department of Education are eligible, and are asked to contact the State Office of Special Education at 719-7682 extension 31 for information and assistance,” said Johns.
