May 30, 2009 – Natalie B. Phipps, also known as "Natty," of Estate Mon Bijou died on May 25. She was 46 years old.
She is survived by her companion, Carl Simon; mother, Irma Lindquist; grandfather, Eric Christian; daughter: Anisha Roshundia Brown; sons: Ikemada Ibu Phipps, Rashede Takmeba Emanuel, Akil Ozanie Joseph, Glenford Lawrence Simon III and Miliko Anthony Bruce; and grandchildren: A'Sante, Sinoia, Chayanne and Ikema Phipps, Kylani Nosir Phipps and Azaine Browne. She is also survived by sisters: Claudette Christian-Richards and Amber Maria Lindquist; brothers: Roberto, Cyril, Augustine, Eddie, Roan C. and Akkido Lindquist; aunts: Sylvia Christian-Carson, Joyce Christian, Mildred William and Almira McIntosh; uncles: Darwin Sr., Almeric and Rafael Christian; great aunts: Una Ross and Margret Carter; great uncle, Henry Carter; special friends: Papo, Trevor, Prince, the Tiwan Crew, Oliver, Selo, Lushy and Maya; godfather, Richard Branch; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A funeral service will take place at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, June 11, at Midland Wesleyan Holiness Church, Estate Calqouhon. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
