Alert: Power Interruption Scheduled for Sunday

May 15, 2009 – The Water and Power Authority has scheduled a power interruption from 6:30 to 11 a.m. Sunday to a section of Feeder #7C. Areas affected include Anna’s Retreat in the vicinity of Building 13, areas adjacent to the Holy Family Church, Four Winds Plaza, and Old Tutu. Line crews will be upgrading conductors. This weekend’s work on both islands is to enhance service in the designated areas and is part of hurricane season preparations, a release from WAPA said. Motorists are asked to drive cautiously in the work areas and to obey all traffic directions.
Customers with questions relative to Sunday’s work on St. Thomas, can call 774-1424.
