Roads Paved With Glass

Dear Source:
What a great idea… With funds for alternative energy and recycling coming in all directions, the USVI government should find a way to get this glass crusher to St Croix as soon as possible. If you are not going to impose a bottle return tax on glass containers at lease use the existing crusher to help cut down on road littler and yes crushed glass is an excellent additive to cement used in road construction, etc. It is widely used in the States right know. Money has already been spent, now is the time to make use of it and help the recycling efforts that have already been put in place.
