Thatch Cay Is Lindqvist Beach All Over Again

Dear Source:
as a past owner of interest in thatch cay, we tried for over forty years to sell the property to the local government, and they did not see it fit to buy the property, they said it was not worth anything to the local government. now someone has purchased the property the government wants to control it without paying for it. i just hope the owners stay the course and take it to federal court. i see linkquist beach all over again., where the government had to pay the market value for the property.
