WAPA Closes Sunny Isle Office Until Further Notice

March 5, 2009 – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority informs its St. Croix customers that the Sunny Isle business office will be closed until further notice while emergency repairs are made to the building.
While there will be no disconnections of service this week while the problems are addressed, customers are urged to make payments at local banks or to drop a check or money order, only, into the payment slot at the Sunny Isle building. Customers who normally pay online at www.viwapa.vi can continue to do so.
Calls to WAPA's 773-2250 will be temporarily forwarded to the St. Thomas office. Emergency matters can be called to 773-0150.
