VIEDA Sponsors Town Hall Meetings for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs

Feb. 24, 2009 – The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority, in coordination with the Virgin Islands Small Business Development Center of the University of the V.I. and the St. Croix Foundation, invites all entrepreneurs to attend “Town Hall Meetings for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs.”
The St. Croix town meeting will be held from 6-8 p.m., on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at The Business Incubator and Resource Center of the St. Croix Foundation in the Sunday Market Square, also known as “Times Square,” in Christiansted. Prior to the town meeting, a tour of the St. Croix Foundation’s Business Incubator facility will be conducted from 5:30-6 p.m.
Comments and suggestions are being solicited from local entrepreneurs for a feasibility study for Business Incubators in the V.I. The meetings will be led by ANGLE Technology, an international incubator planning and management firm that will assist the VIEDA in the study.
