Dear Source:
The writer of the article must have attended a different meeting as the words "…the anti-gay marriage provision" , "…forbidding same sex marriages", "…ban gay marriage", were not spoken at the Committee of the whole session on Tuesday February 17. These are obviously the product of the writer's bias.
What was requested of the Constitution Convention is that "marriage be defined in the Virgin Islands as the legal union of one man and one woman".
