Landmarks Society to Offer Tour, Lecture and Luncheon

On Saturday, Feb 21, St. Croix Landmarks Society will have a day of education and a luncheon.

Participants should meet at Whim parking lot before 9:30 a.m. and then caravan (carpooling encouraged) to the Office of the Governor. Afterwards, participants will head back to Whim where Dr. Michael Connors will give a lecture, "A Historic Perspective," about his upcoming book, "Caribbean Houses: Architecture, History and Style." A luncheon will follow. The menu is: coconut scented acorn and butternut squash puree with plantain chips, field greens with warm salmon and flounder roll with basil vinaigrette (please advise in advance of any dietary restrictions).
