Alert: Work Begins At Coki Point Beach Road

Feb. 13, 2009 — The Department of Public Works begins work Monday on a portion of the entry road to Coki Point Beach (Route 388), according to Commissioner Darryl Smalls. The work will reduce traffic to one lane during the course of the project.
Motorists and residents within the area are asked to seek alternate routes in order to avoid delays that may be caused due to the project.
Motorists are being asked to adhere to all traffic control devices, signs and flagmen at these locations when work is being conducted.
