Feb. 11, 2009 – The following library closings are planned, according to a press release from the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, The Division of Libraries, Archives and Museums.
The Enid M. Baa Library on St. Thomas will be closed on Friday Feb. 13, for renovations and on Monday, Feb. 16, in observance of President's Day. The library will reopen at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17. Normal hours of operation are 9-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The phone number is 774-0630.
The Florence Williams Public Library on St. Croix will be closed on Saturday, Feb. 14, due to the Agricultural Fair. It will also be closed in observance of President's Day, Feb. 16.
The St. Croix Bookmobile will be at the Agricultural Fair from the Saturday through Monday, Feb. 14-16. The phone number is 773-5715.
