Human Resources and VIPUSH Conduct Workshop for Parents

Feb. 10, 2009 – The Department of Human Services and VIPUSH will conduct a two-part educational workshop for parents about sustaining healthy relationships and family quality time. It will take place at 10 a.m., on Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Sugar Estate Head Start Complex.
Workshops will address developing effective communication skills and ways that lead toward improved relationships. Practical and inexpensive ways to spend time with family as well as creating strong family values and bonds will also be discussed.
Parents and couples are urged to register before Wednesday, Feb. 18, through the Department of Human Services Head Start Program.
