Feb. 2, 2009 – Christopher Santos of Estate Whim died on Jan. 25, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 22 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Carmine L. Santos; father, Christopher Francis; brothers: Anthony and Michael Smith; sisters: Coreen, Cristin, Nicole, Chanice and Chandel Francis; grandfather, Miguel A. Santos Sr.; step-grandmother, Julia Santos; great-grandfather, Benito Santos Sr.; great-grandmother, Sarah McBean; aunts: Magda M. Santos, Ellen Francis, Maggie Francis, Juanita L. Boneque, Monica Adams, Diane Santos and Etherlyn JohnBaptiste; uncles: Miguel A. Santos Jr. and Jerome Francis and Roberto Boneque. He is also survived by godparents: Roberto Santos Sr. and Judith Macedon; special buddy and pal, Tyrell Marrero; close friends: Jeanine Whitley, Federico Brown, Jah-Lion Okalo, Jean Whitley, Damaso IIarrazo, Jermaine Joseph, Jose Rivera, I-Sham Plaskett, Fredo Henderson, Diana Rivera, Onaje Lewis, Kerah Merchant and Leola Christian; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Frederiksted Cemetery.
