District Announces Report Card Distributions

Jan. 28, 2009 – Insular Superintendent for the St. Thomas-St. John District Jeanette Smith-Barry advises parents and guardians that the first semester has come to an end and report cards for the second marking period will be distributed at schools through Friday, Feb. 6. Parents are asked to be on alert for the respective dates. Distributions will take place at the followings schools as indicated:
Wednesday, Jan. 28
Leonard Dober Elementary Report cards are being distributed to parents only from 8 -11 a.m. and again from 1 – 2:30 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 29
Joseph Sibilly Elementary Report cards will be distributed to students. Parents of students not in receipt of report cards are asked to contact their child's teacher to schedule a parent-teacher conference on an alternate date.
Yvonne Milliner Bowsky Elementary Report cards will be distributed at the monthly PTSA meeting at 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 4
Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School Report cards will be distributed to parents in the auditorium by the following schedule:
7:30 – 9 a.m. Teams E, H and I
9 – 10:30 a.m. Teams C, G and D
12:45 – 2:15 p.m. Teams A, X and B
Emanuel Benjamin Oliver Elementary Report cards will be distributed parents only from 9 – 1 a.m. and again from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. Parents are asked to schedule appointments with teachers for parent conferences on alternate dates, if necessary.
Evelyn E. Marcelli Elementary Report cards will be distributed beginning at 1 p.m.
Julius E. Sprauve Report cards will be distributed at the monthly PTA Meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the school's cafeteria.
Friday, Feb. 6
Joseph Gomez Elementary School open house and report cards distribution from 8:15 -11 a.m. and again from 1 – 2:30 p.m.
