Dec. 28, 2008 – The U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority will host a three-day course by the International Economic Development Council entitled "Introduction to Economic Development." It will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Feb. 18 – 20, at Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort and Spa.
