Dec. 12, 2008 – The Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation informs the public that it will host its third annual Youth Musical Grammy Awards Competition for 2009, on St. Croix. It is seeking participants, ages 7-21, from schools, churches and youth organizations, according to Commissioner of DHPR St. Claire N. Williams.
