United Way Campaign Fundraiser Will Be Held at SRMC

The United Way Campaign Committee of the Schneider Regional Medical Center will host a wine and cheese party to benefit the 2009 United Way Campaign, now underway. The event will take place from 6-8 p.m., on Friday, Dec. 12, at the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute. Popular photographer Gregory Galbert will be a featured guest.
Tickets are available from members of the United Way Campaign Committee and cost $25. To purchase tickets, call Eileen Short, co-chairperson, at 776-8311, ext. 2018; Marie Farrington, co-chairperson, at 776-8311, ext. 8103; or Sharell Francis, co-chairperson, at 776-8311, ext. 6613.
The United Way Campaign Committee at SRMC has set the most ambitious fundraising goal to date for the 2009 United Way Campaign. Each employee is being asked to pledge $1 per pay period, which would raise $14,118.
