Home-Girl Healing Workshop: Love Thy Self
The workshop will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 20, at the Jackson Complex, Mark C. Marin Center. It will teach how to share the tools needed to create the balance and love in one's life to bring about more happiness, success and abundance. It offers hands-on techniques in classical hatha yoga, mother earth crystal healing, meditation and journaling, leading to a discussion on the metaphysical sciences and manifesting one's dreams and goals.
Participants are asked to bring their special writing journal, yoga mat, towel, pillow and blanket, if needed, and some bottled water. The cost is $20. Registration and payment can be done at the door. Space is limited, so call to reserve your space now.
Intuitive Healing Readings will be done for $5 for five minutes and $1 for each additional minute, by appointment, at The Barefoot Buddha.
Kind Essence will also be doing Sassy Senior Yoginis at the Lucinda Millin and Sea View Nursing Homes.
