Dietician Will Speak on Nutrition as Treatment for Cancer and Diabetes

Nov. 21, 2008 – Cancer Support VI will hold its next free presentation by Andrea Reser, RD, LD, a clinical dietitian and diabetes coordinator in the Nutrition and Metabolic Support Department at CTCA, Southwestern Regional Medical Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma. She will discuss how to cope with diabetes and cancer nutritionally.
The free lectures will be held twice. The first will take plance at noon, on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute; in the Bennie and Martha Benjamin Medical Auditorium. She will also lecture the same day at 7 p.m., at Antilles School in the Mark Marin Center – in the Children's Activity room on the 1st floor (near the back entrance).
The mission of Cancer Support VI is to provide support, education, information and assistance to people living with cancer and their families and friends.
