Nov. 7, 2008 – Innovative has given out a new list of areas that have been restored after Hurricane Omar as well as areas scheduled for restoration work. Officials have announced a new list of areas where telephone and cable television services have been restored. The areas are as follows:
Sections of Estate Whim, Sections of Campo Rico, Stoney Ground, Sections of Mt. Pleasant East, Judith's Fancy, Estate Humbug, Castle Burke, Sections of Harvey Project, Sections of Catherine's Rest, Estate Two Brothers, Mary's Fancy, Estate Profit and Sections of Estate Solitude.
Line crews restored telephone service to the following areas:
Concordia Ridge, Concordia East, Betsy Jewel,
Estate LaGrange and Little LaGrange.
Innovative cable television services were restored in the following areas:
Chenay Bay, Tipperary, Mt. Washington, All For The Better, Seven Hills, Schooner Bay Condos, Coakley Bay Condos and Carden Beach Condos.
Crews will begin restoration work in the Cotton Valley area on the east end of St. Croix, as well as in Estate Whim, Campo Rico, Estate St. John and Constitution Hill.
Innovative is advising customers in these areas who may still be experiencing trouble with their services to call 912 or 778-1742 to file a report. Customers are reminded to include their telephone or Cable TV account number, address, the problem they are experiencing, a contact number and brief directions.
PowerNet DSL Internet customers whose telephone service is restored and continue to experience problems should call 714-3700 to make a report.
