Calvin A. Grant Dies at 51

Oct. 10, 2008 – Calvin A. Grant of Estate Orange Grove died on Oct. 8.
He is survived by his son, Calvin Jr.; mother, Mary Grant; brothers: Vincent Nicholls, Melvin Nicholls, Leonard Grant and Mervin Grant; sisters: Rachel Watts, Ena Grant and Eunice Taylor; aunts: Melvina Pemberton and Octavia Holiday; and uncle, Uric Mills. He is also survived by brothers-in-law: Henry Watts and Joseph Taylor; 15 nieces; 10 nephews; special friends: Diana Webb and Grace Lewis; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held a 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
