Celebrate the 44th Annual Hispanic Heritage Month and Virgin Islands-Puerto Rico Friendship Day during a four-day festival Oct. 10-13, on St. Croix. The event will feature Hispanic and V.I. culture, music, dance, crafts and foods. The theme of this year's event is "Virgin Island-Puerto Rican Friendship, Equality and Respect".
