Dear Source:
I quite agree with Paul Devine that this effort at a constitution is probably doomed. While it probably has to run its course, I suggest that the legislature simply cut off funding. As one taxpayer, I am not interested in spending more money so that the majority whose agenda is clearly unacceptable to most of us can pocket more money.
