Dear Source:
Constitutional Convention delegate Bert Bryan is threatening to "sink the proposal at the polls" if he doesn't get his way about inserting language in the proposed constitution stating that Native Virgin Islanders should not pay property tax. The public suggests that he start to "sink it now" as it would save us the additional 1.1. million dollars that the delegates claim they need to continue on with this severely flawed document. If not, we will just sink it at the polls ourselves.
