Board of Elections Will Count Mail-in Ballots

Sept. 22, 2008 – The Board of Elections of St. Thomas-St. John District will count the mail-in ballots, at 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 23. They will meet at the Virgin Islands Election System's Office, 22 Crystal Gade, Charlotte Amalie.
