Sept. 8, 2008 The cruise ship Carnival Liberty will not make a port call in St. Thomas Tuesday, as was previously scheduled. The call was canceled as a result of the passage of Hurricane Ike through the Bahama Passage, according to a statement from West Indian Co. Ltd. .
WICO said Freedom of the Seas, Carnival Miracle and Carnival Valor will maintain their scheduled calls on Wednesday. The Miracle will depart from the Crown Bay pier at 8 p.m. rather than at 4 p.m. as was previously scheduled.
