The Constitutional Convention committees of Education, Youth, and Culture; Citizenship; Virgin Islands Rights; and Cultural and Historical Preservation will meet from 5:30-8 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the Canegata Multipurpose Center. All are welcome to this public forum.
