Aug. 8, 2008 – Ivanna Eudora Kean High School will have its orientation and distribution of class schedules from Aug. 18 – 21, according to a press release from Principal Sharon McCollum. Students must report to the mandatory sessions in proper school uniform and be accompanied by their parents. Meetings will be held in the school cafeteria. Students must present a photocopy of their updated immunization record and be prepared to make payment for various school fees.
The reporting schedule is as follows:
Monday, Aug. 18 – 8:30 a.m.
All 12th graders
Tuesday, Aug. 19 – 8 a.m. to noon
All 11th graders
Tuesday, Aug. 19 – 1-4 p.m.
All 10th graders
Wednesday, Aug. 20 – 7:50 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
Repeating 9th graders
Thursday, Aug. 21 – 7:50 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
New 9th graders
Monday, Aug. 25
Classes begin for all students.
