What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

July 30, 2008 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 1-3 p.m., on Sunday, Aug. 3. This Sunday we will feature music by Los Lonely Boys, Becky Schlegel, Cadillac Sky, Martha and the Vandellas, Tony Bennet, Mike Zito and more.
The Modern Music Feature CD is "Forgiven" by Los Lonely Boys. This very talented Texicana group has a new CD featuring a blend of roots rock with a Latin flair.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "For All the World to See" from Americana artist Becky Schlegel, who has released a CD with some catchy tunes with outstanding instrumental work.
We play new music from Justin Townes Earle, Cadillac Sky, Eric Gales, Mike Zito, Sonny Landreth and more.
We also play music from Steve Earle, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, John Prine, the Chieftains, Hubert Sumlin, Martha and the Vandellas and more.
We celebrate the birthdays of classic pop icon Tony Bennett and folk artist Richard Shindell, and we remember songwriter Redd Stewart on the anniversary of his death.

We give away a new blues release from Steve Guyger and a new bluegrass release from Tony Trischka. Doug Lewis Show is underwritten by Hook, Line and Sinker and by St. Thomas Radiology Associates.
