Wilmot A. Harris Dies at 59

July 26, 2008 – Wilmot A. Harris of Mon Bijou died on July 13. He was 59 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Emeralda Rock-Harris; daughters: Shakema Harris and Ebony Harris; sisters: Rita, Janette, Inez, Delores and Miriam Harris; brother, Ohanio Harris; grand children: Lawrence Markey Christian, Kynish, Kyshaan and Khaleel Williams, and Tafari Fawkes. He is also survived by godmother, Violet Agaths Bough; cousins: the Parris family, Springer family, and Hanley family; special friends: Rhenita Johannes, Maurice Greenidge and family, Alphonso Daniel, Rexford Lee Warren Smith, Steve Motto, Kamua Simmonds, the Johanneses, the Milligans, the Registes and the Wilsons; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, July 29, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.
The family requests that all in attendance wear festive colors.
Professional funeral arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
