DOA Offers Workshop on Alternative Parasite Control

July 25, 2008 – The Virgin Island Department of Agriculture and the UVI Extension Service will host a workshop on alternative parasite control. It will be held at 7 p.m., on Thursday, July 31, in room 133, according to a press release from DOA. The workshop is entitled "Alternative Parasite Control Using the Famacha Method in Small Livestock," and all small livestock farmers are urged to attend.
