July 15, 2008 – The Crucian Heritage and Nature Tourism (CHANT) is offering an
historical tour guide training program that will be taught from Monday, July 21 through Thursday, Aug. 8. Classes are open to all persons interested in becoming tour guides through the towns of Christiansted and Frederiksted. The instructor will be St. Croix historian Wayne James.
Senior high school students and UVI students are welcome. Tuition is $50, and scholarships are available to qualified applicants.
