Dear Source:
Maybe it is because some how all of my friends are really rich and not telling me, but I have yet to hear someone whisper to me they got a tax stimulus rebate check ("Tax Rebate and Refund Checks On the Way") in the mail. My postal carrier has yet to hear me yelp with relief! WAPA, our local supermarkets and gas stations are so looking forward to my stimulus check. Rather than everyone bugging IRB to find out their status, could IRB give us a brief update on how far along (percentage wise) they are in issuing these checks to qualified tax payers?
