PERB to Hold Conference on Decertification of UIW-SIU

July 10, 2008 – The Public Employees Relations Board (PERB) has requested an investigative conference regarding a petition for the decertification of UIW-SIU. The meeting will take place at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, July 16, in the conference room at No. 3 Chandler's Wharf, Gallows Bay, St. Croix. It will also be held on St. Thomas at the PERB office located at Suite 219 Nisky Center, St. Thomas.
Any members who have issues about the union: lack of representation, lack of involvement in setting the rates of union dues, electing union officers and other areas in which union members' rights have been denied are encouraged to contact 643-7599 or 642-9098.
