July 2, 2008 – Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority Customer Services Offices will be closed on Thursday, July 3, in observance of V.I. Emancipation Day and Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be open from 8 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, July 5.
The offices on St. Croix and St. Thomas will open at 7:30 a.m., Monday, July 7, for the convenience of WAPA customers. St. John's Customer Services Office will reopen at 8 a.m., on Monday
Water standpipes on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed on Friday, July 4 only.
Payments may be made at the WAPA's drop boxes, at local banks, by mail or on-line at www.viwapa.vi.
