Pistarckle Theatre Seeks Actors for New Play/Changes Audition Date

June 26, 2008 – Pistarckle Theater in Tillett Garden will hold auditions, originally scheduled for June 23, at 7 p.m., on Tuesday, July 8, for Dr. Eddie Donoghue's new comedy "Half Married."
The production is looking for two men and two women ranging in age from 20's to 60's. Rehearsals will begin immediately. The comedy is another premiere by Donoghue.
Characters include John Caesar: A taxi driver in his early 60s, who born in Anquilla but has been a resident of St. Thomas for almost four decades.
Billy Boy: A taxi driver, who has held his taxi license for about three years. He is in his late 20s, a resident of St. Thomas and an aspiring actor. Like Caesar, he was born on Anquilla.
Mrs. Caesar: Around 58 years old, Mrs. Caesar has recently retired from a teaching position within the Department of Education. She devotes most of her free time to church activities.
Brenda: Around 25 years old, petite and light-skinned, she was born in Dominica but moved to St. Thomas in her teens. She can easily change character from extremely introverted to being an absolute extrovert.
