June 11, 2008 – The Department of Human Services announces its intent to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for a continuation of the consolidated block grant. Copies of the grant and its intended use of funds for fiscal year 2009 under the Consolidated Grant Award will be available to the public for review and comment by June 16, at the office of the Human Services commissioner at the Knud Hansen and Golden Rock locations. Copies of the grant can also be available at the public and university libraries on St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix.
