Dear Source:
A 40% increase?????? I had this crazy idea of putting up a windmill but when i found out the absolute nightmare of getting a permit to put up a tower I was stunned, then i thought about solar $35000 to put in a system and then it has to be approved by the government? hum it seems that every answer a common `man can think of gets shut down by sheer red tape, why is it there are zero incentives for being self sufficient? why is it that the only answers to the problem include the government taking a hefty bite out of it, the increase in cost makes generation of ones own electricity to be just as bad as wapa.
