May 29, 2008 – St. Thomas Rotary Club East's "Dining Out Books" are now available. This year's book, offering two-for-one coupons to local restaurants, is better than ever with 38 coupons for great restaurants on St. Thomas and St. John. The books are $25, and all proceeds fund a 4-year scholarship to attend the University of the Virgin Islands. The scholarship is awarded annually to a Eudora Kean High School student.
