National Guard Soldier Welcomed Home from Iraq

March 21, 2008 — Master Sgt. Pamela Depusoir of the V.I. Air National Guard was welcomed home Friday by family, friends, guardsmen and V.I. National Guard Adjutant General Renaldo Rivera.
It was an emotional gathering at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport on St. Croix. Depusoir's daughters, Grace-Ann and Felicita, and her husband, Willington Depusoir, were waiting with excited faces and hand-lettered welcome signs.
"We're so happy she's back," Grace-Ann said.
"She's the best mother you could have," Felicita said.
Their brother, Antonio Quinones, is in the Guard as well and is still in Iraq, Grace-Ann said.
"He's been called back four times now," she said.
Depusoir works in information management technology and personnel. She is returning home from Kirkuk, in the north of Iraq, where she was deployed in January.
