Sen. Wesselhoft Sponsors Town Meeting

March 20, 2008 – Senator-at-Large Carmen Wesselhoft is sponsoring a town meeting to be held from 6-9 p.m., on Wednesday, March 26, in the St. John Legislative Conference Room.
The meeting will focus on public safety concerns and infrastructure issues such as roads and traffic, including the roundabout. Planning issues and the proposed moratorium on major projects will also be discussed, according to a press release from Sen. Wesselhoft.
Invited guests will include Commissioner Darryl Small of Public Works, Police Commissioner James McCall, and Director of Capital and Coastal Zone Planning Wanda Mills-Bocachica.
"I am continuing to work to keep the lines of communication between citizens and government open," Wesselhoft said. "I urge anyone with a concern related to these issues to attend Wednesday's meeting."
