Dec. 5, 2007 – St. Croix resident Sharon Bovaird will unveil her new line of beaded jewelry, Wacha Designs, at a trunk show at Undercover Books in Gallows Bay. It will take place from 5-8 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 13. Her unique work features handmade necklaces and earrings, as well as other one-of-a-kind pieces perfect for holiday gift giving.
The trunk show will take place during the Gallows Bay Holiday Festival, an evening celebration of the holiday season with musical entertainment, moko jumbies and extended hours of shopping at Gallows Bay stores. In addition to the trunk show, Undercover Books will be hosting a reception and book signing for "Mastermind," a new mystery thriller by St. Croix Medical Examiner Dr. Michelle DuPre.
