Dilapidated Buildings

Dear Source:

Your articles on run-down buildings was right on target, but you missed the biggest slumlord of all: the Territorial government. Just drive down Hospital Street in Christiansted and look to your right.
The barracks building, allegedly being renovated, deserted and forlorn, the old educational buildings. The former Senate building, privately owned but owed rent for years. Need I say more?
