Center Offers 'Rites of Passage' for Boys

Nov. 28, 2007 – Family Resource Center's "Family and Youth Crises Intervention Program" is holding registration for its Rites of Passage component. It is funded by the Department of Human Services and is free, but space is limited.
The program is currently accepting registration from parents who have sons that are ages 9 to 12-years-old. There will be free field trips, tai chi, computer literacy, social development skills, cultural literacy and ecological art. Rites of Passage will be held every Saturday from Jan. 26 through May 10. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
