Walk-Run Against Breast Cancer Fundraiser Rescheduled

The St. Thomas-St. John unit of the American Cancer Society and the St. Thomas Association of Roadrunners (S.T.A.R.) invite the public to the 10th Annual Two-Mile Walk or Run fundraiser. The event, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, will raise money for the Cancer Society.
It has been rescheduled to 4:30 p.m., on Sunday, Nov. 4, at the Port of Sale Mall. Awards will be given to the top male and female in eight age categories: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over. There will also be commemorative victory medals given to the first 100 finishers.
Register at The Caribbean Surf Company (Havensight Mall, Waterfront or Red Hook locations) or Antilles School (Jackson Complex Wellness Center). The early fees are $4 for 18 and younger, $7 for adults and $5 for star members. On race day, the fee is $10.
