Dear Source:
I support constitutional convention delegate Craig Barshinger's idea of drawing lots or a coin toss, for the sake of unity in producing a document that both districts can support when we vote on the final document at a later date.
Please delegates before you are sworn in, consider that at the end of this mighty and once in our life time event, that you are a part of Virgin Islands history and the public hopes that you will create a constitutional document that we all can be proud of. Best wishes to all delegates as you move this territory forward!
