Friends of Library to Host Speaker on Breast Cancer
The Friends of the Elaine I. Sprauve Library are hosting local author Ophelia Powell, former assistant professor of nursing at the University of the Virgin Islands, reading and discussing "War on Breast Cancer: One Woman's Journey with Breast Cancer" by Anaroma Romano.
The event will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 2, at Sprauve Library, Cruz Bay, St. John. Light refreshments will be served. For more information please call 776-6359.
