Oct. 24, 2007 – The Frederiksted Branch of the Boys and Girls Club of the Virgin Islands is having a Halloween Costume Party from 5-10 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 27. This event is for children ages 5 to 18. There will be a haunted house and costumes are optional. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume. All the kids on island are invited.
